The police also observed the accuser’s forearm as swollen and bruised, which the accuser stated happened during the struggle with Snook. Police observed bruising and abrasions around the accuser’s throat and on the right side of the face. Snook reportedly spit blood in the friend’s face and threw a can which struck the head of one of the children. The individual reportedly took cover behind a friend who prevented Snook from approaching them by blocking his path. Snook eventually released the accuser after they bit Snook on the lower lip. Snook reportedly proceeded to place his hands around the individual’s neck and apply pressure, restricting their ability to breath, and repeatedly forced their head under water. ![]() The accuser reportedly told Snook to stop, but Snook reportedly ignored the request and persisted. Snook reportedly tackled the individual into water and repeatedly struck them with his closed fist on the right side of their face. The accuser reported Snook had fallen while holding one of the children before they reportedly decided to leave with the children and told Snook of this decision. Police interviewed the individual, who reported being with Snook and small children down by the river, and that Snook had been drinking beer throughout the day. The accuser had reportedly left the scene of the incident and was waiting near the Charles Street off-ramp. According to court documents, police responded to a report of a physical domestic near River Access road.
